Business Club Italia is a think tank based in London, composed of professionals, entrepreneurs, financiers and Italian lawyers. It has become the meeting place for discussions with key figures in the Italian realms of finance, business, and politics, as seen from the City.
The Club has no political affiliation and aims to foster constructive dialogue among its members and prominent figures in the Italian landscape, encompassing economic, political, academic and entrepreneurial spheres. The Club's mission is to organise meetings, roundtable discussions and moments of engagement among business and political figures, academics, professionals and entrepreneurs. This provides an opportunity to exchange opinions and gain a closer insight into the so-called 'Sistema Italia' through prominent Italian personalities.
Operating as a non-profit, the Club's initiatives are financed through membership dues.
Governance is maintained by a Council of 15 members elected from among the membership body, with the Italian Ambassador in the UK holding the position of Honorary President. The current Executive President is Giovanni Sanfelice di Monteforte, and Sidney Celia Ross is the General Director.
